I had the honor to do the makeup for my friend (and fellow PNI sister) Charmane for her wedding, as well as her wedding party. Charmane's typical makeup look is low maintenance but loves black eyeliner. She wanted to go a little dramatic with the eyes yet keep the rest of the look more natural.
